DDS recently installed a new roof at goodwill Industries in Pennsauken, NJ

DDS recently replaced the roof at Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware.

DDS recently completed exterior painting at the CFI Knolls new office and warehouse building in Pennsuaken NJ. The entire building was a very light brick color that had never been painted. The ownership at CFI wanted the current brick and fascia color replaced with a dark charcoal grey. This would give a modern clean look to the exterior of the building.
The first step was to power wash all surfaces being painted. We then applied two coats of high grade satin exterior paint. A splash of outrageous orange was added to several of the exterior doors. Thanks to Karl and John for an excellent job from start to finish.

DDS recently painted the walls and re-did the floors at Diamond Liquors in Sea Isle City without disrupting their operations. Diamond Liquors was in dire need of having their walls repainted and their floors re-done. The aging concrete floors and dull walls were an eye-sore in an otherwise, clean, open and vibrant shop. Our crew was able to paint the walls and trim on one session. The ownership was very emphatic that we keep the store open and not loose business during these upgrades. The floor was then scheduled in evening hours. The floor was sanded then mopped clean with a detergent one evening and then the next evening a Polycuramine coating with color flakes was applied to all the floors in the entire store floor. The final product looks amazing and the adhesion is excellent.

The Ownership said “The floors look great!”

DDS recently performed a roof replacement at Hardingville Bible Church in Monroeville, New Jersey. DDS replaced the shingled roof on both the E-wing and the rear section of the church. The church selected a GAF Timberline shingle in a “shakewood” color.  Hardingville Bible Church’s facility manager Jim Roach said that everyone at the church was pleased with the workmanship and that the roof roof “looks great”. He was also happy we did a full tear-off of existing shingles because we found and replaced five pieces of rotten plywood that had been damaged due to previous leaks. DDS Roofing also installed new flashing metal and pipe flanges. A very thorough cleanup of the surrounding grounds was done to look for any stray nails or debris that could cause injury.

DDS Roofing recently completed a new roof and new gutter system in Sewell at the home of Ivette Acchitelli at 4 Stiles court. Exterior trim painting was also done after the completion of the roof and gutters. The existing 18-year-old roof was removed down to the wood sheathing, which was in good condition. New, Upgraded GAF Timberline shingle system, in the color of “Barkwood” was installed along with new flashings. The new upgraded gutter system allows for an increase in water flow away from the house.

Exterior trim painting was also done after the completion of the roof and gutters. The existing 18 year old roof was removed down to the wood sheathing, which was in good condition. GAF Timberline shingle system, in the color of “Hickory,” were installed with new flashings. The new gutter system allows for an increase in water flow and will give better longevity.

DDS Roofing recently completed a residential roof replacement in Wenonah, New Jersey at the home of Mrs. Springer. Her old roof was over 25 years old and was failing. DDS removed a layer of old roofing as well as performed a number of structural repairs to the underlying plywood sheathing. DDS also replaced all pipe collars and step flashing. The new roof is a durable 50 year GAF shingle with warranty.
