Owners of the Mullica Hill Amish Farmer’s Market shopping center wanted to give its metal standing seam facade a refreshed appearance. Because the project involved painting a large metal facade in an active shopping environment, minimizing disruption to customers and tenants was a priority.
DDS Services completed the commercial painting project using a direct-to-metal, self-priming, rust-inhibitive PPG coating. The dry-fall coating was an important part of the approach, designed to turn overspray into an easy-to-remove dust rather than allowing paint particles to settle on surrounding surfaces.
The facade was finished in a modern dark green, creating a fresh, cohesive look that ties all the stores within the shopping center together while enhancing its overall visual appeal.
To minimize disruption, DDS Services completed the work during off-hours, allowing the shopping center to remain accessible to customers with minimal interference to normal activity.
The updated dark green facade gives the shopping center a contemporary appearance while providing a durable coating designed for the demands of a metal exterior.
The owner was pleased with the finished project and appreciated DDS Services’ flexibility in working during off-hours to minimize disruption to shoppers and daily operations.
