In its new, state-of-the-art facility across from the original location on Route 130 in Collingswood, Rothman Animal Hospital continues to deliver outstanding veterinary care and other services, under the direction of Dr. Mark Esser. Philadelphia Union
DDS Roofing recently completed a new roof on a building for the Philadelphia Union. The Philadelphia Union is an American professional soccer club based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Union compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. Founded on February 28, 2008, the club began playing in 2010 as an expansion team. The club’s home stadium is Subaru Park, a soccer-specific stadium located in Chester, Pennsylvania on the banks of the Delaware River.

CoCoa Bean Warehouse in Camden, NJ
DDS recently installed a new TPO roof at a Cocoa Bean storage facility in Camden, NJ owned by Dependable Distribution. Millville Library
When the City of Millville decided to expand and build a large, new addition to its already existing Library facility, DDS was hired to do the roofing work in two different stages. The roof on stage one (the new addition) was recently completed. DDS installed tapered insulation to help water drain efficiently from the roof before fully adhering a strong EPDM membrane system to complete the roof. The roof on stage two (the original building) will be done in the fall, when DDS will tear off the entirety of the old roof and install a new roof that ties into the roof on the addition DDS has already completed.
D.R. Horton Home Builders
DDS Painting recently completed a job for D.R. Horton Home Builders at their office location on 2040 Briggs Road in Mt Laurel Township, NJ. We took the exterior from a dated cream and cranberry color to a modern and bold, slate blue with white accents. Both the building and the landscaping now look more defined. D.R. Horton has been giving America’s homeowners quality, value and peace of mind since 1978. In 2002 D.R. Horton became the nation’s largest homebuilder by volume.

High Performance Roof coating System at Branchburg Twp. Building
In October of 2022 DDS completed a high-performance roof coating system on the Branchburg Township Municipal Building’s standing seam metal roof. After interviewing various contractors, the Township chose DDS to do their roof based on our experience and knowledge of metal roof coatings. We inspected this roof thoroughly with the client and also inspected ceilings in the building to see where water penetrated. This roof is 33 years old and had active leaks due to wear and aging.
Our Process
First, we selected the proper roof coating for the metal roofing material which was United Asphalt’s AP 3300 product. This product adheres beautifully, is completely waterproof on pitched roofs and can be tinted to make vibrant colors. The client selected a “Military Blue” color to match their existing roof color.
Second, we thoroughly cleaned the roof. Then we did various maintenance of areas that cracked, rusted or opened up. Once the roof was tight and fully repaired, we applied two finish coatings of the AP 3300 product.
The roof came out very nice. It’s beautiful and now watertight. Plus, we were able to give the client a 10-year warranty on this roof.

Roofing Project at South Jersey Port Corporation in Camden, NJ
DDS recently completed a roofing project at South Jersey Port Corporation in Camden, NJ.
The South Jersey Port Corporation was created in 1968 to operate marine shipping terminals in the South Jersey Port District which consists of seven counties: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Mercer and Cape May. The SJPC is a quasi-state agency, which reports through the Department of Treasury to the Governor of New Jersey.

DDS recently installed a new 1 ply EPDM roofing system at the Salvation Army of Wilmington, Delaware.
