DDS recently completed the exterior painting of Ocean City Baptist Church. Ocean City Baptist Church is located at 10th and Wesley Streets in Ocean City New Jersey. The church traces its roots back to 1893 and the current building was erected in 1927. The salty ocean air and strong coastal storms had battered the church making the exterior look old and damaged. All the trim including the windows are wood. This made for an extensive amount of preparation before paint was applied. DDS performed Scraping, caulking and priming as needed. Daily cleanup was essential to making a happy customer and our guys did a great job. In addition to the 40+ wood windows, the four large fluted front columns and the decorative dental moldings surrounding the upper eaves of the building were tedious work especially when working up on a 45′ articulating boom. In the words of the church administrator Doug, “the job looks great” and we agree!
