DDS Painting recently completed a project where we painted a commercial office building in Haddonfield, New Jersey for Levco Enterprises property management company. With peeling paint and dirty stains, this stucco building was in great need of a face lift. After a thorough cleaning, our top notch paint mechanics applied two coats of a elastomeric masonry coating. This elastomeric paint is a waterproof coating specifically designed for masonry surfaces. It bridges cracks and masks surfaces imperfection while providing ultimate durability. The cream color they selected looks fantastic up against the red brick. The trim on the windows was then painted with a 100% acrylic white semi-gloss paint. The trim paint capped of a beautiful job that will last for many years to come.Thanks to our team members, Karl, John and Joe for a seamless professional job.

DDS recently completed a new roof in Wenonah, New Jersey. We are proud of this new, 50 year warranted roof for the Harris family on Sage Hill Drive in Wenonah. Their current roof was over 25 years old. DDS removed one layer of old roofing as well as performed a number of structural repairs to the underlying plywood sheathing before applying the new architectural shingles.

Auto Lenders in Egg Harbor Twp asked us to repaint the interior and exterior of the dealership. The interior walls and trim were repainted in the Service Center, offices and some areas of the showroom. A refreshed work environment always revitalizes employees even under these current conditions.

The exterior stucco was power washed and repainted on three sides of the building with two coats of the existing stucco color. Our paint mechanics were sure to protect landscaping, windows and lot full of cars. Thanks to Matt and the crew for a terrific job.

Many businesses are using this down time to spruce up their facilities and DDS has been busy practicing social distancing and assisting several of our great customers.

DDS Painting recently completed the painting of Woodbury Nissan Service Center and Car Wash. Woodbury Nissan took advantage of the pandemic shutdown period by refreshing the Service Center and updating their Car Wash. DDS was fortunate to be selected by the friendly folks at Woodbury Nissan to do the painting of both areas.

In the Car Wash all the cleaning devices were removed and DDS did a thorough scraping and cleaning. We then applied an epoxy coating to all ceilings and walls before new equipment was installed.

DDS recently completed the painting of a home in Vineland, New Jersey.  We recently painted this huge Tudor designed stucco home for Phil and Lauri. The goal was to refresh the stucco with its current color and repaint the mauve colored trim with a traditional Tudor brown color.

The job began with a thorough powerwashing and some minor carpentry and trim repair. Then two coats of elastomeric coating were applied on the stucco on all four sides of the home. This elastomeric waterproof coating is designed for masonry surfaces. It bridges cracks and masks surfaces imperfection while providing ultimate durability.

The color change occurred with two coats of brown acrylic latex being applied to the doors and trim.

DDS is currently providing residential roofing, painting and carpentry services while practicing stringent social distancing. We are thankful to Phil and Lauri for allowing us to paint the exterior of their home in Vineland New Jersey.

DDS recently completed a new roof for Cumberland County Christian Church in Vineland, New Jersey. DDS met with the Cumberland County Christian Church church staff to review where the active leaks and damaged fascia wood were. Then we reviewed various color options for the shingles, fascia metal, gutters and downspouts. The church decided on GAF Timberline shingles in “Barkwood” which matched the “Royal Brown” gutters and downspouts for a charming finish. We installed GAF “Liberty” rolled roofing for the low sloped area. To handle the water flow, due to the size and pitch of the roof, we suggested installing larger 6” gutters. When the job was completed, we met with Pastor Paul to review the job. He was delighted with our workmanship, service, the colors, and the church’s beautiful new roof.

DDS Recently painted Penn Station in Baltimore, Maryland and Wilmington Train Stations in Delaware. DDS has a very diverse customer base due to our relationships with general contractors in the private and public sectors.  A great example of this are two painting jobs recently completed at Penn Train Station in Baltimore, Maryland and The Wilmington Train Station in Delaware. Working under the direction of Merrell and Garaguso Inc., we painted common areas such offices, bathrooms, hallways and vestibules to refresh the appearance of high traffic areas in both train stations. We are thankful to have employees who conduct themselves in a responsible and professional manner to be able to navigate through projects such as these. Thanks to Dean and John for heading up both of these project

DDS was proud to play a part in this complete home Swedesboro home renovation performed by DeSimone Construction for a family in Swedesboro NJ. We completed the Interior and exterior painting and staining. We did work on all three floors with multiple colors and many long hours spent by several fine DDS Paint Professionals. Thanks to Dean, Frank and Matt for heading up the job that was done over many months and several phases.

Under the direction of DeSimone Construction, DDS just completed the painting of the newest Auto Lenders dealership in Exton, Pennsylvania. The job consisted of painting a huge, new, open showroom and sales center along with new offices and an existing space.

The showroom sales center was a big task, and required painting the ceiling deck black while the painting the exposed duct work blue and the walls a white. The service center work consisted of applying striping with Auto Lenders blue color.

Time was of the essence as Auto Lenders planned for its grand opening the first week in March. Thanks to our many Paint Professionals who worked on site over the last few months, especially Dean early on and then Frank who closed out the job and made our customer very happy.

On Fri., Feb. 28, 2020 DDS completed a residential roofing job in Willingboro, New Jersey at 118 Plumtree Lane for Mr. Floid Logan. Floid is a retired Boeing Engineer, so we were delighted when he chose us to do his roof. The old roof was 3 layers thick in certain places and there were four sheets of plywood that needed replaces because they were failing and leaking. Once the deck was prepped and all shingles removed, we replaced the old shingles with new GAF Timberline series shingles. Steve Barr was our foreman on this project and he and our crew did a beautiful job despite 10 to 15 mph winds.

DDS recently completed a new 30 year warranted residential roof in Clayton, NJ for Wes & Mandi Pohler at 4 Lacy Court Clayton, NJ, on February 18th 2020. The current roof was over 20 years old and was in need of a new roof to prevent leaking. DDS removed 1 layer of old roofing as well as performed a number of structural repairs to the underlying plywood sheathing. DDS replaced the old shingles with new GAF Timberline HD shingles. The color the customer picked was Charcoal. The color goes perfect with their house!

DDS Painting recently painted the offices of D.R. Horton in Mount Laurel, NJ. D.R. Horton was expanding its office in Mt. Laurel New Jersey and DDS was fortunate enough to be asked to paint existing office space and expanded office space. Thanks to Frank and the crew for a clean and neat job while working around office furniture and D.R. Horton Employees.

In the summer of 2019,  DDS Painting completed the painting of the Gateway Regional High School Gymnasium. Gateway Regional High School is located at 775 Tanyard Road in Deptford Township, New Jersey and serves students from a number or regional sending districts.

The project was under strict time constraints with the school year fast approaching and multiple contractors on schedule to install the finishing touches to the gymnasium’s face lift.

With all finished surfaces protected, DDS painting professionals sprayed the ceiling decking white and applied a bright semi-gloss finish to all the walls. In addition, all the doors and frames were accented with Gateway blue.

The job went smoothly without a hitch thanks to Karl and John. The Gateway Regional High School facility manager, Tom was happy with the results and was able to complete the project for the school year opening.

DDS’ shingle roof division recently completed a total of 68,400 sf ft. of roofing at Croftwood Apartments in only a few weeks, thanks to our amazing supervisors and crews. Croftwood Apartments is located at 400 East Street Road in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania. All six of the buildings on this campus are over 25 years old and were starting to show a lot of wear. We removed two layers of old roofing and replaced a large number of damaged plywood sheathing to prepare a solid surface for the new shingles. We also called upon our carpentry division to do some structural repairs on one of the buildings. The newly installed GAF Timberline architectural shingles gave these aging buildings a much needed facelift and, in turn, the structural integrity of these roofs will be preserved for many more years to come.

DDS Painting recently painted Overbook High School in Pine Hill, NJ. The school is located at 1200 Turnersville Road, Pine Hill NJ 08021. We painted a number of areas around the school earlier this year. First the Press box was repainted to freshen up the appearance of the football field prior to the graduation ceremony. Then the athletic training room was updated and capped off with a new paint color. The Final and the largest project was converting a large computer lab room into a topnotch athletic weight lifting room. The deck ceilings were sprayed black while the block walls, metal doors and frames were painted to make the facility look brand new as seen on the before and after photos below.
