DDS Roofing completed a comprehensive project involving a TPO roof restoration at Elite Trucking in Pennsauken, New Jersey, delivering a full roof restoration that improved the facility’s performance, efficiency, and protection.
The team removed all existing roofing materials down to the deck, replacing sections as needed with new metal “B” decking. DDS also removed 26 skylights, closing each opening with matching metal “B” decking to create a seamless, durable surface. Two layers of insulation were then installed to enhance the building’s thermal performance.
To complete the system, DDS mechanically fastened a .60 mil TPO membrane, adding new fascia edge metal and box gutters for a clean, watertight finish.
This restoration not only refreshed the building’s exterior but also enhanced its energy efficiency and long-term durability. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing is a cost-effective choice for commercial buildings, offering excellent heat reflection, puncture and chemical resistance, and reduced maintenance over time.
By choosing a TPO system, Elite Trucking secured a reliable, efficient roof built to handle the demands of an active industrial site—providing lasting value and protection for their operations.
