Commercial Painting In Gibbstown, NJ

We recently completed a challenging yet rewarding painting project for Fort Billings Federal Credit Union, which involved extensive interior and exterior work to revitalize the space while respecting its existing design elements.

Interior Work:
The interior walls were originally covered with wall coverings that had to be carefully stripped. This process included the difficult task of removing residual glue, followed by a full skim coat of all wall surfaces to create a smooth base for primer and finish coats. One of the key challenges was working within the constraints of pre-selected flooring and furniture. Fortunately, the credit union team chose excellent complementary wall colors—soft, inviting tones that enhanced the space while aligning with the institution’s friendly, professional personality. The door trim was painted a light green, which harmonized beautifully with the new, creamy wall color and the unique flooring. A striking dark green color was added to accent features. To enhance durability and maintain a clean look, brass kick plates were installed along the base of trim and teller areas, offering both visual polish and protection from foot traffic.

Exterior Work:
On the exterior, we gave the building a refreshed, clean look without disturbing its original architectural charm. The shutters were repainted in a clean, colonial blue, giving the facade a crisp, revitalized appearance. The building’s sign was also freshened up with care, ensuring no paint touched the surrounding brickwork.

Additional Details:
The trim work presented its own challenges due to its intricate details and existing wear. We filled cracks and meticulously prepared the surfaces before applying the final coats, which now look sharp and beautifully finished.
