DDS Roofing completed the flat roofing systems for The Press, a striking new high-rise development redefining Wilmington’s skyline. The project included roofing for the Tower, Duplexes, and Pool House, each requiring precision installation to support the building’s modern design and mix of residential and amenity spaces.
A fully adhered TPO roofing system was selected for its clean appearance, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. DDS’s experienced team coordinated closely with the general contractor throughout construction to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with the building’s complex design elements.
Located adjacent to the historic DuPont Hotel and DuPont Residential buildings, where DDS also provided roofing services, The Press project exemplifies DDS’s capability to support large-scale, mixed-use developments across multiple structures while maintaining superior quality and consistency.
