DDS Services provided comprehensive painting and staining solutions on a residential property in Southampton, NJ. For the interior walls and ceilings, off-white, builder-grade paint was applied throughout the home, including the finished basement. All trim, doors, baseboards, decorative features, fireplace trims, crown molding, wainscoting, and domed ceilings were painted in white semi-gloss. The DDS crew stained and finished railings and newel posts on all staircases and overlooks. The principal, rear, and basement stair treads were stained oak, and the risers and stringers were painted in white semi-gloss. For the Library, all wood trim, panels, and doors were treated with a four-step process: conditioner, stain, sealer, and polyurethane. We also painted the garage walls, applied Rustoleum Rock Solid high-gloss coating (mid-tone grey with color flecks) to the floor, and painted the curbing without flecks.
